TOT Programs in Paktika, Logar, and Khost Provincial Offices

WYFAO successfully conducted Training of Trainers (TOT) programs in Paktika, Logar, and Khost Provincial Offices, focusing on training skills, effective facilitation, trainer’s roles and responsibilities, participant engagement, and the important topic of PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse). The sessions also covered the Code of Conduct, group work, and practical exercises. Participants found the training highly beneficial, committed to upholding PSEA principles, and pledged to share their newly gained knowledge with their colleagues.
