The 8th anniversary of the establishment of WYFAO

The 8th anniversary of the establishment of the WYFAO was celebrated in a magnificent ceremony. The event was held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, in the WYFAO’s conference hall at main office, with the participation of scholars, high-ranking members of the De-facto authorities, coordinators from the respected UNICEF office, officials from NGOs, and employees of the central and provincial offices of WYFAO. The ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Shir Ahmad "Faizi", the Director General of WYFAO, who delivered a speech by welcoming the guests, outlining achievements, presenting information on the expansion of activities, and expressing gratitude to donors, sectoral ministries, and partners. Subsequently, the WYFAO project managers presented presentations on the implementation of projects and their work progress to the attendees and the leadership board. In the end, creative and innovative employees of the central and provincial offices of WYFAO were encouraged by receiving certificates of appreciation from the leadership board, and the event concluded with cutting a cake.
