The end of the four-day training on Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).
This training course, which was led by the WYFAO and financially supported by the UNICEF, was launched on February 26th to master trainers, social workers and to improve the capacity of all colleagues of the project of consolidation and expansion of local classes and accelerated education in Logar province. It officially ended on February 29, 2024.
In this training, there was discussion and group work on important topics such as child immunity, setting up and establishing local and accelerated class councils, identifying and reporting incidents of Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).
WYFAO hopes to hold training courses under the title of protecting and preventing sexual abuse of children for 714 teachers of local and accelerated classes in the future with the financial support of the UNICEF.
At the same time, all the employees of the local and accelerated education project promised that they will apply the outcome of this training in the field of practice, and recently this program ended with the awarding of certificates.
