Job Description:
Technical Duties:
To ensure the standard and modern MIS System is in place for CBE project
Development of unified reports' formats to collect required data. Development of useful mechanism for data collection process.
Development of MIS modules for storing and capturing the projects related data.
To Provide CBE MIS analysis report for Management team, WYFAO’s EMIS Department and Monitoring Department on monthly basis.
Perform analysis and calculations data by end of each month.
Share the findings with Management team in Monthly coordination meeting by end of each month.
Submit the CBE MIS updated report to Monitoring Department on monthly basis.
To assist the Management team for preparing and filling the reports for donor.
Prepare and submit the summary and analysis report as per project activities to compliance manager for his quarterly report writing at the end of each quarter.
Assist the Compliance Manager for filling the MoE report, Quarterly and Annual reports.
Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and
actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Managerial Tasks
Data Capturing: MIS captures data from various internal and external sources of an organization.
Processing of data
Storage of information
Retrieval of information
Dissemination of MI
Prepare weekly and monthly report to the management
Coordination
work closely with support department on procurement and logistical issues processing financial and administration issue
work with government and WYFAO stakeholders on preparation and submission on of needed data and reports
Have strong Coordination with WYFAO main and Provincial Offices
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT
Minimum of 03 years of relevant experience in MIS/Database/ Database Developer with NGO’s , UN, UN funded Projects or similar
Experience in managing and supporting external clients.
Recent experience in supervising teams.
Experience working in procurement Database
Experience in the usage of computers and MS Office packages. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Pashto and Dari; strong knowledge of English is highly required.
