Job Description:
Under the supervision of WYFAO Project Manager, the PSEA’s Focal Point will coordinate the implementation of the Project level PSEA Policy and the
Secretary-general’s Bulletin on Special Measures for PSEA at country-level. S/he will undertake this both within the Project, The Focal Point shall
Prevention
Provide training sessions on PSEA for all Project personnel on a regular basis.
In coordination with the Organization main office PSEA focal point, provide awareness campaigns for local communities on PSEA, with emphasis on what SEA is, beneficiary rights, where to report, complaint mechanism and victims’ assistance.
Support Project-level recruitment activities to ensure that procedures to guard against hiring of persons who have a record of sexual exploitation and abuse offences are put in place and applied.
Support Project managers in the implementation of the UN/IASC Protocols on Allegations of SEA involving Implementing Partners.
Ensure that organizational procedures and mechanisms for reporting allegations of SEA are shared with all field personnel and stakeholders.
Once a complaint is received, immediately refer the allegation(s) to the WYFAO’s investigative Team as per Policy.

Conducting gender related trainings to Project staff
Management and Coordination
Assist the Project manager to fulfil his/her responsibilities in accordance with ST/SGB/2003/13.
Work with HR Department to ensure that procedures to guard against the hiring of persons who have a record of SEA offenses are put in place and applied.
Track all PSEA-related activities for the Project and ensure that all information on PSEA-related activities is shared with relevant persons in the organization.
Attend and participate in meetings at the field level.
Manage and uphold the implementation of WYFAO policies including a Code of conduct, gender, Child Protection, and PSEA policies
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager and Program department.
Job Requirements:
Education: At a minimum a bachelor’s degree in law, administration management, Media.
Experience: Minimum of 03 years of relevant experience and Professional experience in preparation of presentations and other communication or training tools.
Skills and Competencies: Language Skills: Fluency in English Dari and Pashto.
Computer Skills: Efficient use of MS Office package.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in Pashto and Dari; working knowledge of English is highly required.
