Job Description:
Job Summary:The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that construction activities meet and exceed established quality standards. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to deliver a construction project of the highest quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take efficient and appropriate ways to improve the Quality Assurance in relevant project.
Evaluate Contractor’s Quality Control Engineers.
Check and review Quality Assurance related documents for invoices.
Timely Inspection and visit work fields, Contractor’s offices, and site laboratories to improve quality.
Check, review and approving of test results submitted by Contractor.
Timely inspection and monitoring of quality Control plan procedures and requirements implemented for each activity by the Contractor.
Timely inspection of testing procedures in work field.
Timely inspection of construction machinery used in work field.
Timely inspection and monitoring of Quality Control Plan procedures and requirements implemented for each activity by the Contractor to confirm all works meet the design, specification and all contract documents related to the project.
Continuous monitoring of the safety system by the contractor.
Establishing and attending meetings with Quality Control staff about solving quality deficiencies of projects.
Review and check Quality Control related daily reports and comment effectively
Review and check Remedy Action Plan sent by contractor.
Necessary coordination with Quality Control Engineers obligated for initial submission of project.
Arrange, review and checking of the Punch List According Quality during initial and final submission of the project.
Establishing a clear and technical relationship with the contractor’s Quality Control team.
Other responsibilities assigned by the project manager to improve the quality and work progress of the project.

Proven experience in quality assurance for construction projects.
Knowledge of relevant quality standards and codes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Requirements:
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Dari and Pashto.
